For many of us, the start of a New Year can bring a mixed bag of emotions. On one hand, there is promise of new beginnings, new goals, intentions, resolutions, a new you. On the other hand, you could be experiencing fear or doubt concerning your direction in life, decision making, or how to take action and achieve your goals, which can leave you feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed.

One way to extinguish feelings of stress, anxiety, doubt and fear is bringing you back into your body and return you to a state of presence.
